You may move your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before its original start time, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are not refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and bank processing times may vary. Voucher payments are restored as voucher credit rather than refunded as cash. If we cancel your booking, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
